About Our Founder

My name is Andre Allen, Founder of Truself.

I am a husband, designer, poet, author, entrepreneur, chess lover, faith-believer, and youth mentor, among others. Life has made me a multifaceted purpose-driven individual. 

I currently work in Artificial Intelligence; previously I've worked in Developmental Services as a Behavior Support Specialist, helping persons diagnosed with multiple disabilities & traumas. Before that, I freelanced as a music-video Director, Photographer, Graphic-Designer, & Events Manager. I also model Part-time.

I was born in Jamaica, raised in Toronto, Canada. I grew up in a low-economic single-mother household, where I helped to nurture my cousins & siblings. I've overcome many life challenges in family, friendships & career, through using Creative-Arts as personal therapy. 

In 2023, I overcame severe kidney failure. Yet another life challenge. Above all, I got into Life Coaching to help others overcome their own struggles, and live life without regrets. As a Life Coach, I help to guide & uplift others, with proven strategies. I have strong Christian roots, and I advocate for mindset resilience.
